We offer 26 specials that were created over time at our food truck. These items were created by our customers who wanted something different. So we created each sandwich based on the customer's preferences. The sandwiches became popular by the customers' name then they became available on our secret menu.


When we opened our first café, we included these specials on our menu for the whole world to see and enjoy.
